1. In your web browser, go to the church website. Scroll to the bottom and click the button labeled MEMBER PORTAL, It's on the left on a PC and at the bottom on your phone or tablet.

2. Click Forgot Password

3. Input your Email address, then Send Password

4. Check your email account

5. Follow email instructions to reset your password

6. Go back to the church website click the MEMBER PORTAL button.

7. Input username which is your first name.last name(Smith.Jason)

8. Enter the Password sent to you; then Click login

9. Once you are in your ShelbyNext Membership account, review your Profile to ensure your personal information is correct.

10. Click on Giving, then Statements

11. Select Year to Date and press Next

You will be able to download a PDF copy or Email Statement to yourself
